Entry... adapted for real life

Sacrifiquei um bocadinho da estética da entrada para não ter uma crise de nervos com coisas espalhadas (confesso que, quando chegamos, acaba por ser inevitável ficar algo na mesa da entrada).
Afinal, esta é uma entrada duma casa real, por isso há que adaptar e acho o tabuleiro não "estragou" assim tanto o conjunto, pois não?
E ainda falta esconder os cabos...

I sacrificed a bit of the aesthetics of entry for not having a nervous breakdown with all the stuff left there  (I confess that when we arrive at home, turns out to be inevitable to left something on the table entry).
After all, this is an entry of a real house, so we must to adapt and I think the tray does not work so bad, does it?
And there are some cables to hide...

Ando sempre em alterações!
Gostava da entrada mas faltava um je ne sais quoi...
Estes candeeiros já andaram pela casa toda: adorei quando os vi (ZARA Home) e foram comprados para o quarto mas depois concluímos que, como as mesas de cabeceira são muito baixas, não tinham o devido protagonismo (quase não se via a base espelhada). Assim, passaram para a sala, um na mesa ao lado do sofá e outro no aparador e estavam lá bem mas resolvi experimentar na entrada.
O Pedro ainda não está convencido por isso os candeeiros estão ali em test drive  mas  acho que ficou txaran, não acham?

I'm always changeing something!
I liked the entry, but it was missing a "je ne sais quoi" ...
These lamps have been through the whole house: I loved it when I saw them and were bought for the room but then, we concluded that, as bedside tables are very low, they were undervalued (could not see the mirror base). So they moved to the living room, one on the table beside the couch and another on the counter ..and there were fine but I decided to try the entry.
Pedro is still not convinced, so, the lamps are there in testdrive but I think it looks amazing, don't you think?

Como  prometido, aqui estão as fotos da entrada :) Simplesmente AMO o resultado! Os móveis do IKEA até parecem mais giros...

As I promised, here are the entry wallpapered. I'm so in LOVE with the result! The IKEA furniture even look more cute...

Mais uma vez, e se não se importarem, vou recorrer às vossas sugestões!
Amanhã vão lá colocar o papel de parede e, o papel que era para ser já não existe! Assim, temos de decidir entre estes dois, e estamos realmente indecisos...
Adoramos os dois, e vimos "vantagens" nos dois... o primeiro é mais original, o segundo "combina" com as riscas dos cortinados presentes no resto da casa...

If you do not mind, I will use your support, again!
Tomorrow (finally) we will have the wallpaper applied and the paper that we planned no longer exists! So we have to decide between these two, and it is an hard decision... both have advantages...the first one is more original but the second one combines with the stripped curtains around the house...
We love both options!

Para aproveitar o espaço de parede do quadro de electricidade, foram instaladas umas prateleiras.
Com a chegada do Buzz, deu um jeitão, porque isto eram só sacos, bolas, snacks, trelas... sem local próprio.
Ainda não está terminado mas não vos mostrava nada há tanto tempo que não resisti a partilhar! Assim que ficar pronto partilho o resultado!

To take advantage of the electricity wall space , some shelving had been installed .
With the arrival of Buzz, it became super useful, because there was a lot of dog stuff around the house, without proper place.
It is not finished yet ... but I did not share with you anything for so long that I could not resist to post this!

PS Some remnant of the 50's party still there...

Lembram-se de ter pedido sugestões? Foram todas óptimas, obrigada! A Marta sugeriu os óleos aromáticos da Rituals e adorei a sugestão. Fica giro e cheira tãoooo bem! Escolhemos laranja e chá verde, mas são todos óptimos. Recomendo.

Do you remember when I asked for suggestions? All the suggestions were great, thanks! Marta suggested the aromatic oils of Rituals and I loved the suggestion. It is super cute and smells sooooooooooooooo good! We chose orange and green tea, but they are all great!

 E voltando às coisas da casa...
Back to home ...

As frésias "pertencem" à sala mas a consola estava muito vazia então decidi colocá-las lá... Precisamos de algo para colocar ali (uma peça baixa?em vidro?) mas ainda não sabemos bem o quê...sugestões?

Como já temos imensa luz no corredor (tecto e chão), decidimos não colocar projectores e ocupámos o espaço com um espelho. 

Só falta colocar o papel, brevemente :) 

The freesias "belong" to the living room but the console was very empty so I decided to put them there ... We need something to put there (a glass piece not too high?) but we do not know what ... any suggestions?
As we have plenty of light in the hall (ceiling and floor), we decided not to put lamps on the wall and occupy the space with a mirror.
We need to wallpaper - soon!
